Prepare for the Future

A small technology company, in the first stages of early success, were approached by a private equity company. To find out how much of the market they had obtained and how much remained, the company’s leaders contacted JM2 wanting to determine if or when would be the ideal time to sell. JM2 performed an evaluation, studied the company, searched the market, and created a three-year strategic plan which included execution.

As a result, the company, now equipped with information that quantified the opportunities presented, became more attractive in their industry and received an even higher valuation, resulting in a better offer. They chose to sell to a private equity company for over 25% of their initial valuation.
